St. George’s is a co-educational, non denominational school for children aged 2 – 18 years. It is an independent educational establishment, receiving no financial assistance from the state or any other authorities. The 50 differing nationalities, represented by our pupils and parents, reflect our internationalism. We strive to integrate new pupils and make them feel part of the school as quickly as possible. Classes consist of a maximum of 20 pupils. Second-language speakers receive additional intensive support in English or German where necessary.
All pupils of St. George’s wear school uniform.
Our Open Door policy enables our parents to remain fully informed of their child’s progress at all times. In addition to the parents’ evenings every term, pupils receive reports twice a year and parents can always obtain feedback from their child’s teachers.
St. George’s has excellent, dedicated and well qualified teachers, who really care for their pupils both pastorally and academically. They act as role models regarding the learning ethos, respect, behaviour and appearance at all times.
We prepare our pupils for the Common Entrance, I/GCSE, AS Level, A-Level and the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme). The A-level and IB are both accepted by universities worldwide.
